Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

All returns must be requested via email at info@goers-studio.com before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return costs, including shipping fees, transaction fees, and a 20% restocking fee, are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns missing packaging, tags, or in used/damaged condition may incur additional restocking fees.

Refunds exclude original shipping and external fees. Processing can take up to 30 business days after the return is received.

Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized items, sale items, and gifts.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receipt to resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Delivery time: 7–14 days, depending on your country and customs clearance times.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive it.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is refused or undeliverable, the customer must cover all associated fees, including original shipping, return shipping, and import duties/taxes.

For most countries, duties and taxes have been covered by us. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We do not ship to certain countries due to restrictions. You will be notified at checkout if shipping is unavailable to your location.
