Refund policy

Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse return and exchange if these conditions aren't met.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us including return shipping cost, and transaction fee. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may be charged when merchandise is returned without the polybag, worn/damaged, care label removed, etc. Restocking fees may also be charged if merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories. Restocking fees are deducted from the customer's refund on original purchase when an item is returned.

Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving the order. You can contact sale@goers-studio.com to initiate your return.

Refunds

Please note, it can take up to 30 working days to receive and complete your return or exchange. In the event that a refund is due, we will refund the customer the amount paid for the item found within the receipt and order details. This does not include external costs such as shipping fees, transaction fee. Once we have completed the refund on our system, this will be processed within the timescales of your payment provider.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items or gifts.
