Can I return or exchange my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your recent Goers Studio purchase, you may request a return and we will review it for a refund. If you wish to exchange for another item, the fastest way is to return your current order and place a new one. Your return will be reviewed and refunded accordingly.

What are the conditions for returns or exchanges?

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Are there any fees for returning or exchanging an item?

Yes. Customers are responsible for the following fees: Return shipping costs, Transaction fees and a restocking fee (if applicable)

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds may take up to 30 business days after we receive your returned item. You will be refunded for the value of the product only (excluding original shipping and transaction fees).

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@goers-studio.com so we can resolve the issue.
