Taxes and fees

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as the country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and Local import taxes. 

If you refuse a shipment from Goers Studio or if your order is canceled due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for all associated costs, including the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Goers Studio. If you do not agree to cover these costs, the order will be canceled and you will not receive a refund for the merchandise or the product itself.

We  dispatch orders with DHL for International order and local shipping service for Domestic order.

All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.

When an order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking no. for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us. Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.
